Solid vinyl, no need to remove all, ensure surface is free of grease and dirt, remove dial then peel and stick with a steady hand, takes 5 mins.
With experience it is better to use a blade to remove and align sticker then rub with finger to bond.

Good adhesive with initial low tack, gets stronger over time.
